Agent must accompany buyer on initial visit to the property and/or developers sales office or they may be disqualified from earned commissions. Commissions are paid on the basic construction contract signed by buyer and builder. No commission will be paid on change orders or upgrades. Commissions will be paid at the closing of the construction contract, whether it be cash or financing. Developer/Land Owner is not paying buyer broker commissions on the land portion of the final construction contract purchase agreement. Buyers Brokers will be paid for the Construction portion only.
