Ed Durruthy

Ed has had a successful career in the apparel and merchandising business serving in sales, and management roles over a 40+ year span.  For the past 20+ years he served as President and Operating partner of Margaritaville Merchandising supporting the Margaritaville retail operations and brand development at large.

 

Originally from Miami Florida he graduated from Florida International University in 1977.  He started his Real Estate career with Keene's Pointe Realty joining his wife, Angela. Ed's focus on his team's data and market analysis as well as the management of their aggressive and diverse marketing programs built the foundation for his transition into land acquisition and commercial real estate.
