Buyer Agent-Broker Bonus Disclosure

Description: In conjunction with the Buyer Incentive Program that has been
initiated and to enhance attendance to the scheduled Broker Exclusive Event on August 20 th , 2026, at which an orientation of the Mirror Lake community will be conducted, this Buyer Broker-Agent bonus plan will be made available as per the following terms and conditions.
Bonus Amount: $2,000
Eligibility: Broker-Agent must attend and register at the Broker Exclusive August 20th event. No exceptions. A Buyer consequently procured by the registered Agent-Broker must execute a Lot Reservation Agreement by Sept 28th, 2026, move to execute a Vacant Land Contract with Mirror Lake Development and a Home Construction Contract with a Permitted Builder, and close on both contracts.
Payment of Bonus: The bonus will be paid at closing as part of the closing
settlement.
Conditions and Disclaimers:
A. Full Price Contract: The Bonus offered is conditioned on Buyer executing a Full Price Vacant Land Contract for the applicable Lot.
B. Non-Transferable; Forfeiture: Offered Bonus is non-transferable and completely void if the buyer defaults on the contract or cancels the sale.
C. No Cash Alternative or Refund Value. The Bonus provided by Seller Broker has no independent cash value. Under no circumstances shall Broker or Agent be entitled to receive any cash refund, rebate, or cash payout other than as stated herein.
D. Offer is applicable only to Lot Reservation Agreements with effective
dates of Aug 1st, 2026, through Sept 28th, 2026.
